Payments are processed via Square and Paypal. The payment pages of these providers are processed through pages not controlled by us. They will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.
Delivery of Your Order

Your order will shipped as quickly as possible after we receive it unless the item is required to be made to order in which case a delivery timescale will be agreed unless already stated. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and if using a Paypal to complete you order please ensure your delivery address is up to date.

Your items will be quality checked, wrapped beautifully and carefully and packed securely prior to despatch.

Shipping is FREE with in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Signed For Services.

International shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For Services. For international deliveries please allow at least 3 - 5 working days for within the EU and at least 6 - 7 working days for further afield.

If you are not in the UK, we have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country and you are responsible for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country.

Do not accept your delivery if it appears damaged in any way. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and immediately contact us.
